Elements – Spring Leadership Training – Counselor in Training (CIT)

Counselor in Training  – Attend this training if you are  currently in 9th through 12th grade   and have a desire to mentor and work with younger girls in a camp/outdoor environment. This training is designed to help you learn basic leadership skills and techniques that you will be able to apply in a summer camp setting. Once you have completed this training you will need to work with girls over 1 camp session to receive your official Counselor in Training award. Program Fee: $50 per girl – Includes all training materials, meals and Award (pin). Program Time: 9:00am on Saturday, March 25th to Noon on Sunday, March 26th Registration Deadline: Monday, March 6th or when program is full Please Note: This is a girl only event. Girls will need to be checked in and out from the program center.
