Girl Scouts of Citrus is currently looking for enthusiastic applicants for part-time seasonal roles to assist the Membership Team during fall recruitment! We will fill nine total positions for two job roles – read the details below!
Please note: each position is a part-time seasonal role with evening and possible weekend hours required.
The Membership Onboarding staff member is responsible for successfully culminating recruitment efforts by initiating and pursuing communications strategies and protocols needed to convert prospective members (leads) to registered members. She/he is responsible for securing increased girl and adult volunteer participation as well as the community partnerships needed to implement Girl Scouting within an assigned area. This is a part-time, seasonal role from July 17 – November 2, 2017.
This position develops, retains and increases girl/adult membership in the assigned geographic and/or demographic area, recruits and provides on-going support to volunteers, and assists in developing and implementing plans for membership extension in all markets under the guidance of the team manager and the Membership Recruitment Director. These positions represent and extend Girl Scouting in the community through presentations, collaborative efforts, and networking while ensuring the Girl Scout Leadership Experience is accessible within the assigned area or demographic group. This is a part-time, seasonal role from July 17 – September 28, 2017.
